Sapporo Ramen Republic, a theme park on the 10th floor of the ESTA commercial complex located in front of Sapporo Station, is home to Hokkaido’s most famous ramen shops, providing visitors with the opportunity to enjoy delicious ramen at a variety of shops.
The Republic consists of eight famous shops, focused on Hokkaido’s “Four Great Ramens,” Sapporo, Asahikawa, Hakodate, and Kushiro.
An early postwar Sapporo town has been reproduced to create a retro atmosphere, with a steam locomotive, wooden station building, shrines, etc.
Since its opening in 2004, many tourists have visited the Republic to enjoy Hokkaido's famous ramen.
