The Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise is a mega leisure venue located on a 24-hectare manmade island in Tokyo Bay on the southern side of Yokohama City. It is comprised of one of the largest aquariums in Japan, an amusement park, shops, restaurants, and a hotel.

The aquarium is divided into three parts and the main one called the Aqua Museum exhibits fish in immense tanks as well as animals living by the sea such as polar bears and sea otters. Dolphin and sea lion shows can also be enjoyed at this aquarium where you will find an undersea viewing tunnel that makes you feel as if you are strolling under water.

At the Dolphin Fantasy next-door, dolphins and white whales swim right before your eyes in the tunnel-shaped tanks while at the Fureai Lagoon, you can actually touch the dolphins, seals, and fish swimming in the pool.

Additionally, the amusement park called Pleasure Land is a popular spot with many thrilling attractions where you can have fun all day long.
