Regarding personal information provided to us via our publications, internet, etc., the Tokyo Chizu Publishing Co., Ltd. will make every effort to strive for and actualize appropriate collection, use, and safety control by complying with laws and related regulations pertaining to the protection of personal information.
東京地図出版株式会社は、当社の出版物、インターネット等を通して提供を受けた個人情報について、個人情報の保護に関する法律および関連法令等を遵守することにより、個人情報の適正な収集・利用・安全管理を目指し、その実現に努めます。
* We have set up personal information standards and all our employees (directors, full-time employees, part-time employees, external collaborators) will comply with such. They will also be required to comply with the regulations pertaining to handling personal information even when outsourcing operations to third parties (e.g., clients).
* 個人情報保護に関する規範を定め、当社従業員等（役員、社員、アルバイト、外部協力者）は、それを遵守いたします。また、取引先等第三者に委託する場合についても個人情報の取扱いについて法令等を遵守することを要請いたします。

* Personal information will not be disclosed nor provided to a third party unless otherwise required by law on justifiable grounds.
* 個人情報は、法令による場合等正当な理由がある場合を除き、第三者へ開示、提供をいたしません。
* Necessary measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information.
* 個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏洩等を防止するために、必要な措置を講じます。
* If a person providing his/her personal information wishes to disclose, correct, delete, or stop the usage of it, we will promptly deal with such request after taking necessary procedures such as identity verification unless otherwise stipulated by law.
* 個人情報をご提供いただいたご本人から開示・訂正・削除・利用停止の依頼を受けた場合は、法に定める場合を除き、ご本人確認等必要な手続きの上、速やかに対処いたします。
* The particulars we have established as mentioned above will be informed to our employees while we also will strive to review and improve them on a regular basis.
